My Story

Twenty years in the self-care industry taught me a lot about wellness. The most important thing I learned had nothing to do with technique.

It had everything to do with receiving.

I spent years as a business owner, wife, and mother doing what high-functioning women do exceptionally well: giving. Showing up. Holding it together. Caring for everyone while quietly running myself into the ground. I didn’t even recognize it as burnout. I had become so skilled at surviving that exhaustion just felt like normal. It felt like Tuesday.

It took my body breaking down completely to make me stop. A knee replacement at 33 will do that. And even then, my first instinct was to figure out how to keep going anyway.

When I finally got still enough to listen, I understood something that changed everything: receiving is a skill and most of us were never taught it. We were taught to give, to push, to preform, and to call it strength.

The women I work with are the same. Capable. Accomplished. Genuinely good at their lives. Yet quietly exhausted in a way that a weekend away doesn’t fix.

Corrin Rose Restorative exists because restoration isn’t a luxury. It’s the thing that makes everything else possible. As a Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Esthetician, and Educator, I’ve spent two decades learning how to create experiences that reach the nervous system before the mind can talk itself out of it.

And somewhere in my own healing, I stopped waiting to feel ready and started remembering who I already was. That woman had been there the whole time, steady, powerful, fully alive - she just needed permission to come forward.

That’s what this work does. It doesn’t create a new version of you, it restores the one who was always there.
