My Story

For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving others through the self-care industry. With a deep love for learning and personal development, I have never stopped expanding my knowledge and seeking new ways to support the well-being of those around me. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: my belief in the power of connection.

Like many high-functioning women, I wore many hats. As a business owner, wife, and mother, I became skilled at caring for everyone else while unknowingly neglecting myself. Eventually, burnout became my greatest teacher.

Determined to prioritize my own well-being, I set out to create regular wellness practices. Something as simple as meditation revealed just how uncomfortable it felt to slow down and not be productive. Through my own healing journey, I came to understand that receiving doesn’t always come naturally. It is something we learn.

From that realization, The Art of Learning to Receive was born.

Today, I am passionate about creating the kinds of experiences I once needed myself. Through Corrin Rose Restorative, my mission is to help individuals, leaders, and organizations rediscover the power of restoration and understand that caring for yourself is not selfish. It is foundational.

Because when we allow ourselves to receive, every area of life benefits. Our health improves. Our relationships deepen. Our joy returns. And we become better equipped to serve, lead, and live with intention.
